I can honestly say that I love my work as an Osteopath and the people, challenges and experiences that it brings. I have been practicing for over 20 years, graduating from The British School of Osteopathy in 2005, followed by a Masters in Paediatrics in 2009 from the Osteopathic Centre for Children through the University of Hertfordshire.
I have gained a lot of experience over that time and treated patients from as young as premature babies to those in their nineties, primarily using structural and cranial techniques and also bringing a host of life skills to support my practice. I find it extremely rewarding to use my knowledge and experience to help people feel better. I like to structure my day so that the number of patients I see ensures that my last patient receives as much of my care and attention as the first one.
While some patients may come only once for a specific issue, many also return over time as they realise how effective osteopathic treatment can be. This may be for maintenance reasons or for new presentations, and I enjoy the relationships that I build with people over time; as the better I get to know them, the more individual and focused treatment becomes.

About Me
Although I enjoy treating people of all ages, my special interest is in paediatrics (from babies through to adolescents – and even pregnant mums to be) as it was the birth of my first daughter that initially led me into training as an osteopath. I have spent many years gaining and sharing my experience teaching as a clinical tutor at the renowned Osteopathic Centre for Children.
I am proud to have been part of the team at SW19 Osteopaths that won the “Best Osteopathic Clinic” in London and the South East, Prestige Awards, 2023/24.
When I am not working with patients, I enjoy spending time relaxing with my family, including my three children. I like reading, cooking, growing plants and veg outside my windows and having the occasional film night in. I am a keen cyclist and walker, around both town and countryside. Whether it is on my cycle to work or on one of my campervan adventures further afield, I always find something of interest to explore and exercise my keen sense of curiosity. There is always something new to experience and enjoy!
